BOUNDARY AND ELECTION COMMISSION (ELECTORAL PROCEDURE) (FUNCTIONAL CONSTITUENCIES AND ELECTION COMMITTEE CONSTITUENCY) REGULATION - SECT 19
Hours of poll

PART III CONTESTED ELECTIONS
(1) The hours for polling on the polling day shall be appointed by the Chief
Electoral Officer in accordance with this section.
(2) For the purposes of subsection (1), the Chief Electoral Officer-
(a) shall appoint the hours for polling so as to give the electors a
reasonable opportunity to vote; and
(b) subject to paragraph (a), may appoint different hours for different
constituencies or different polling stations in respect of a
constituency.
(3) The Chief Electoral Officer shall, not less than 10 days before the
polling day, publish in the Gazette a notice specifying as regards each
constituency and where appropriate, each polling station in respect of a
constituency, the relevant hours for polling appointed under this section.
