BOUNDARY AND ELECTION COMMISSION (ELECTORAL PROCEDURE) (GEOGRAPHICAL CONSTITUENCIES) REGULATION - SECT 75

(1) The Commission may specify forms for the purposes of this Regulation.

(2) The Chief Electoral Officer shall make available free of charge during
office hours on any working day at his office and at the office of each
returning officer and may make so available at such other places in Hong Kong
as he considers necessary, the forms specified under subsection

(1) except those specified for the purposes of sections 3, 4, 5, 12, 14, 21
and 41. (Enacted 1994)
