BOUNDARY AND ELECTION COMMISSION (ELECTORAL PROCEDURE) (GEOGRAPHICAL CONSTITUENCIES) REGULATION - SECT 69

Directions to and powers of delegation by Chief Electoral Officer

(1) The Chief Electoral Officer shall, as regards the performance of his
functions under this Regulation, be subject to the direction of the
Commission.

(2) The Chief Electoral Officer may delegate any of his powers, duties or
functions under this Regulation to any member of the staff, as he considers
appropriate, provided under section 9 of the Ordinance. (Enacted 1994)
