Power of presiding officer to delegate

A presiding officer may perform any act which he is required or authorized to
perform under this Regulation at a polling station or as regards a poll,
except adjourning a poll under section 60, through a person appointed under
section 20(1)(a) to assist him. (Enacted 1994; L.N. 221 of 1995)
