BOUNDARY AND ELECTION COMMISSION (ELECTORAL PROCEDURE) (GEOGRAPHICAL CONSTITUENCIES) REGULATION - SECT 66

Prohibition against employees of candidates acting as officers under this Regulation

A person, who-

   (a)  has been appointed or is for the time being appointed by a candidate
        or who has acted or is acting as such an agent without appointment, in
        relation to an election; or

   (b)  has been or is for the time being employed by or on behalf of a
        candidate in relation to an election, shall not be appointed to act as
        an officer under this Regulation for the purpose of that election.
