PART VII SUPPLEMENTAL AND MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

Any-

   (a)  returning officer;

   (b)  person appointed under section 20(1)(a); or

   (c)  counting officer, who, in relation to the election in respect of which
        he is so appointed, acts as an election agent, a polling agent, an
        election expense agent or a counting agent commits an offence and is
        liable to a fine at level 2. (L.N. 221 of 1995)
