BOUNDARY AND ELECTION COMMISSION (ELECTORAL PROCEDURE) (GEOGRAPHICAL CONSTITUENCIES) REGULATION - SECT 55

Disposal of ballot papers, etc.

As soon as practicable after the preparation of the notice of result of the
election under section 53(2) the returning officer shall send to the Chief
Electoral Officer-

   (a)  the ballot paper accounts and the verification of the ballot 
        paper account;

   (b)  the statement referred to in section 51(6);

   (c)  the sealed packets made up under section 54;

   (d)  the sealed packets made up under section 40(1)(b);

   (e)  a copy of the notice of result of the election; and

   (f)  all-

        (i)    nomination papers and notices of withdrawal of candidature; or

        (ii)   respective notices of appointment of election agents, polling
               agents and counting agents and copies of authorizations of
               election expense agents, received by the returning officer and
               any other document, specified by the Commission and so
