BOUNDARY AND ELECTION COMMISSION (ELECTORAL PROCEDURE) (GEOGRAPHICAL CONSTITUENCIES) REGULATION - SECT 37
Tendered ballot papers

If a person, representing himself to be a particular elector registered in the
register, applies for a ballot paper after a person has been issued with a
ballot paper as such elector, the applicant shall, upon answering the
questions specified in section 32(1)(a) (or where appropriate a question asked
pursuant to section 32(2)) and section 32(1)(b), to the satisfaction of
the presiding officer, be entitled to mark a ballot paper in the same manner
as any other elector, but before that ballot paper (in
this Regulation referred to as a "tendered ballot paper"
( )) is given to the applicant, it shall be endorsed on
the front with the word "TENDERED" and " ".
