BOUNDARY AND ELECTION COMMISSION (ELECTORAL PROCEDURE) (GEOGRAPHICAL CONSTITUENCIES) REGULATION - SECT 36
Ballot papers marked by the presiding officer

On the application of-
(a) an elector who is or claims to be incapacitated by blindness or other
physical cause from voting in the manner provided in this Regulation;
or
(b) an elector who claims that he is unable to read, the presiding officer
shall, in the presence of any other person appointed under
section 20(1)(a), mark the ballot paper in the manner prescribed in
Form 1 to indicate the choice of candidate of the elector and put the
ballot paper into the ballot box. (L.N. 221 of 1995)
