BOUNDARY AND ELECTION COMMISSION (ELECTORAL PROCEDURE) (GEOGRAPHICAL CONSTITUENCIES) REGULATION - SECT 28
Delineation of polling stations

(1) The Chief Electoral Officer shall, as regards an election, before the poll
commences-
(a) delineate the polling station on a plan or a map; and (L.N. 221 of
1995)
(b) cause to be displayed outside the polling station, that plan or map.
(2) The presiding officer shall, before the poll commences delineate clearly
by marks, barriers or in such other manner as he thinks fit the polling
station in accordance with the plan or map referred to in subsection (1).
