BOUNDARY AND ELECTION COMMISSION (REGISTRATION OF ELECTORS) (GEOGRAPHICAL CONSTITUENCIES) REGULATION - SECT 23

Repeal and saving

(1) Regulations 2, 3, 5, 6, 7(1), (2) and (3), 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14(1), (2)
and (3), 15, 16, 17(1), 18, 20, 23, 24, 26, 27 and 28 of the
Electoral Provisions (Registration of Electors) Regulations ( Cap. 367 sub.
leg.) are repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), anything that was done-

   (a)  pursuant to the regulations repealed by that subsection;

   (b)  in relation to the existing final register in force at the
        commencement of this section; and

   (c)  which was effective immediately before such commencement, shall
        continue to have effect unless and until a power conferred by this
        Regulation is exercised in relation thereto. (Enacted 1994)
