CHIROPRACTORS (REGISTRATION AND DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURE) RULES - SECT 8
Application for practising certificate, etc.
For the purposes of section 12 of the Ordinance, an application for a
practising certificate or renewal of a practising certificate shall be made-
(a) to the Secretary in writing; and
(b) in such form and manner as the Council may determine.
