Qualifications for registration

REGISTRATION COMMITTEE AND APPLICATION FOR PRACTISING CERTIFICATE

(1) Without affecting the generality of section 9 of the Ordinance, the
Council shall cause to be published, in the form of a notice in the Gazette,
within 15 days after 1 January each year, a list of all the examinations,
training and experience that the Council may accept generally for the purposes
of subsection (1)(a) of that section.

(2) The Council-

   (a)  shall keep an updated list of all the examinations, training and
        experience that the Council may accept generally for the purposes of
        section 9(1)(a) of the Ordinance; and

   (b)  where an amendment is made to the content of the list mentioned in
        paragraph (a) after a notice has been published in the Gazette in
        accordance with subsection (1) in the same year, shall cause the
        amendment to be published, in the form of a notice in the Gazette, as
        soon as practicable.

(3) A notice or list under this section shall include the name of each body or
organization that holds such examination or provides such training and
experience as specified in that notice or list.
