Inquiry in public or in camera

PART 6

INQUIRY

(1) Subject to subsection (2) and to the power of the Inquiry  Committee under
section 19(1)(c) and (d) of the Ordinance to admit or exclude the public or
any member of the public from the inquiry or to admit or exclude the media
from the inquiry, an inquiry shall be open to the public.

(2) The Inquiry Committee may at its discretion determine that an inquiry
shall be held wholly or partly in camera.
