CHIROPRACTORS (REGISTRATION AND DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURE) RULES - SECT 18

Summons to witness

For the purposes of section 19(1)(b) and (2) of the Ordinance, a summons to
witness shall be-

   (a)  in such form as the Council may determine; and

   (b)  served on a person in accordance with section 41(1).
