OCCUPATIONAL RETIREMENT SCHEMES (PAYMENT OF BENEFITS) RULES - SECT 3
Direct payment of benefits
Subject to section 4, any benefits due to be paid under a registered scheme to
which these Rules apply in respect of a member of the scheme shall be paid to
the member in the manner described in section 5. (Enacted 1993)
