FEES

Item Particular Fee
$ 1. Fee payable under section 6(4) of the Ordinance for each inspection of an
entry in the register 10 2. Fee payable under section 6(5) of the Ordinance
for a copy of an entry in the register certified by the Registrar as correct
110 3. Fee payable on an application under section 7 of the Ordinance for an
exemption certificate in respect of an occupational retirement scheme 600 4.
Periodic fee payable under section 9(1) of the Ordinance in respect of an
exemption certificate 600 5. Fee payable on an application under section 15 of
the Ordinance for registration of an occupational retirement scheme-

   (a)  where the scheme is a participating scheme of a pooling agreement

   (b)  where the scheme is not a participating scheme of a pooling agreement

2400 6. Periodic fee payable under section 28(1) of the Ordinance in respect
of a registered scheme-

   (a)  where the scheme is a participating scheme of a pooling agreement

   (b)  where the scheme is not a participating scheme of a pooling agreement
