Meeting to waive audit requirement

The administrator of a participating scheme of a pooling agreement may, or on
the written request of 1 member shall, cause a meeting of the scheme members
to be held for the purpose of passing a resolution that section 20(5) of the
Ordinance applies to the scheme in relation to a financial year of the scheme
specified in that resolution. (Enacted 1993)
