Ordinance as required under section 15 of the Ordinance. 2. The submission
described in paragraph 3(a) in Part 3 of Schedule 1 to the Ordinance as
required under section 37(2) of the Ordinance. 3. The submission described in
paragraph 3(a) in Part 3 of Schedule 1 to the Ordinance as required under
section 39(2) of the Ordinance. 4. The submission described in paragraph 3(a)
in Part 3 of Schedule 1 to the Ordinance as required under section 41(2) of
the Ordinance.

PART 2

1. The auditor's statement described in paragraph 2 of Part 1 or paragraph 3
of Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Ordinance as required under section 15(e) of
the Ordinance. 2. The applicant's statement described in paragraph 3 of Part 1
of Schedule 1 to the Ordinance as required under section 15(e) of the
Ordinance. 3. The set of audited accounts described in paragraph 4 of Part 1
or paragraph 4 of Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Ordinance as required under
section 15(e) of the Ordinance. 4. The administrator's statement described in
paragraph 1 of Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Ordinance as required under section
15(e) of the Ordinance. 5. The actuarial certificate described in paragraph 1
or 2 of Part 3 of Schedule 1 to the Ordinance as required under section 15(e)
of the Ordinance. 6. The professional legal practitioner's statement described
