TOYS AND CHILDREN'S PRODUCTS SAFETY REGULATION - SECT 5

Penalties

A person who commits an offence under section 2, 3 or 4 shall be liable-

   (a)  on first conviction, to a fine at level 6 and to imprisonment for 1
        year; and

   (b)  on subsequent conviction, to a fine of $500000 and to imprisonment for
        2 years.
