RABIES REGULATION - SECT 9
Unauthorized entry or exit of persons
(1) No person shall enter or leave a quarantine centre or observation centre
without the permission of an authorized officer or, in the case of a licensed
quarantine or observation centre, the licensee of the centre.
(2) A person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable
to a fine of $10000. (Enacted 1994)
