RABIES REGULATION - SECT 5

Centres to be maintained only at declared places

(1) No person shall maintain a quarantine centre at a place that has not been
declared to be a quarantine centre under the Ordinance.

(2) No person shall maintain an observation centre at a place that has not
been declared to be an observation centre under the Ordinance.

(3) A person who contravenes subsection (1) or (2) commits an offence and is
liable to a fine of $10000. (Enacted 1994)
