RABIES REGULATION - SECT 4
Prohibition on maintaining quarantine or observation centre without licence
(1) No person shall maintain a quarantine centre or observation centre except
under and in accordance with a licence granted under section 3 .
(2) A person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable
to a fine of $10000. (Enacted 1994)
