RABIES REGULATION - SECT 28A

Transitional provisions

The keeper of a dog that has been vaccinated against rabies and in respect of
which a licence has been granted under Part IV prior to the commencement* of
section 28(2) as substituted by section 5 of the Rabies (Amendment) Regulation
1996 (L.N. 401 of 1996) shall only be required to comply with that
section 28(2) as and when the licence is renewed. (L.N. 466 of 1996)
