RABIES REGULATION - SECT 26
Vaccination by authorized person only
(1) No person shall vaccinate an animal against rabies unless he has been
authorized to do so by the Director.
(2) A person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable
to a fine of $10000. (Enacted 1994)
