RABIES REGULATION - SECT 23
No dog licence unless dog is vaccinated
(1) No licence shall be granted under this Part in respect of any dog unless
the granting officer is satisfied that the dog has been vaccinated against
rabies within the 3 years prior to the grant of such licence.
(2) In this section, "granting officer" (發牌人員) means any person
appointed by the Director for the purpose of this section. (Enacted 1994)
