RABIES REGULATION - SECT 22

Grant and validity of licences

(1) A licence granted under this Part in respect of a dog shall be valid for a
period of 3 years.

(2) Any licence granted under the Dogs and Cats Regulations ( Cap  167 sub.
leg.) in force immediately before the commencement of this Regulation shall
have effect as from such commencement as if granted under this Regulation and
shall remain in force for so much of its original period of validity as falls
after such commencement. (Enacted 1994)
