RABIES REGULATION - SECT 20

Dogs to be licensed

PART IV

LICENSING OF DOGS

(1) No person shall keep a dog over the age of 5 months except under and in
accordance with a licence granted by the Director.

(2) A person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable
to a fine of $10000. (Enacted 1994)
