Application for licence in respect of a dog

(1) Upon application in the specified form, and payment of the appropriate
licence fee prescribed in Part I of Schedule 1, the Director may grant to the
applicant a licence under this Part in respect of a dog.

(2) A licence granted under subsection (1) shall-

   (a)  be in the specified form;

   (b)  specify the name, Hong Kong identity card number, address and
        telephone number of the applicant;

   (c)  specify the description of the dog in respect of which it is granted;
        and

   (d)  specify the conditions, if any, subject to which it is granted. (L.N.
