RABIES REGULATION - SECT 17
Duty of operator where animals, carcasses or animal products arrive on a vessel
The operator of any vessel which arrives in the waters of Hong Kong shall not
permit any animal, carcass or animal product to be removed from such vessel
except under and in accordance with a permit to import issued by an authorized
officer. (Enacted 1994)
