Duty to report arrival of animals, carcasses or animal products in waters of Hong Kong
Arrival of animals, carcasses or animal products
The owners or agents of any vessel which arrives in the waters of Hong Kong
having on board any animals, carcasses or animal products consigned to or
intended for any person in Hong Kong shall report such arrival forthwith to an
authorized officer, specifying the name and address of the keeper or consignee
and the quantity and kind of the animals, carcasses or animal products.
