Notice of general meetings

(1) An Annual General Meeting shall be called by not less than 21 days notice
in writing and an Extraordinary General Meeting shall be called by not less
than 14 days notice in writing delivered to all Fellows, Members and
Associates.

(2) The notice shall be exclusive of the day on which it is served and of the
day for which it is given and shall specify the place, date and time of the
meeting and the nature of the business to be conducted at the meeting.

(3) The accidental omission to give notice of a general meeting to, or the
non-receipt of notice of a meeting by any member shall not invalidate the
meeting. (Enacted 1994)
