HONG KONG ACADEMY OF MEDICINE REGULATION - SECT 13

Delegation of powers

The Council may delegate its powers and functions to the Education Committee
and such other committees as it may establish from time to time, and provide
for the restriction and regulation of such functions and powers. (Enacted
1994)
