Failure to deliver up certificate
PART VII
MISCELLANEOUS
Any owner or master who fails without reasonable cause to deliver up a
certificate for cancellation as required by regulation 10(1) or paragraph 5(3)
of Schedule 5 hereto commits an offence and is liable to a fine of $5000.
