MERCHANT SHIPPING (REGISTRATION) (FEES AND CHARGES) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 9

Fees for miscellaneous services

For any service other than a service for which a fee is specified in the
Schedule-

   (a)  where an officer of the Marine Department is required to visit a ship
        or site, the fee payable for each such visit during office hours shall
        be $3270 for the first hour or part hour and $1115 for each subsequent
        hour or part hour during which the visit continues; and

   (b)  the fee payable for such service in any other case during office hours
        shall be $1115 for each hour or part hour during which the service
