MERCHANT SHIPPING (REGISTRATION) (FEES AND CHARGES) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 7
Fees for transmission of document
Where in connection with any service specified in the Schedule or the issue of
a certificate specified in the Schedule it is, in the opinion of the Director,
necessary to incur expense to transmit information, plans, calculations or
other documents to places outside Hong Kong by post, telegram, telex,
facsimile or similar means there shall be payable in addition to the fee
specified in the Schedule the expense involved. (Enacted 1990)
