MERCHANT SHIPPING (LIABILITY AND COMPENSATION FOR OIL POLLUTION) (COMPULSORY INSURANCE) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 2

Interpretation

In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires- "certificate"
(證明書) means a document certifying that there is in force in respect of a
ship to which section 15(2) of the Ordinance applies a contract of insurance
or other security referred to in that subsection; "Liability Convention
country" (公約地區) has the meaning assigned to it in section 5(1) of the
Ordinance.
