PROHIBITION ON ENGAGING HONG KONG SHIPS IN INTERNATIONAL VOYAGES WITHOUT ISPP
CERTIFICATES
A Hong Kong ship to which this Regulation applies shall not be engaged in
international voyages unless there is in force in respect of the ship an
ISPP Certificate.
