Cancellation of ISPP Certificates

(1) The Director may, by notice in writing to the company of a Hong 
Kong ship, cancel an ISPP Certificate issued or endorsed in respect of the
ship if he has reasonable ground to believe that the Certificate was issued or
endorsed on the basis of false or erroneous information.

(2) The Director shall give reasons for cancelling an ISPP  Certificate.

(3) On receiving a notice under subsection (1), the company of the ship
concerned shall forthwith cause to be delivered to the Director the
ISPP Certificate issued in respect of the ship.
