Duty to maintain condition of ships

The condition of a Hong Kong ship in respect of which an ISPP Certificate has
been issued, and its equipment, shall be maintained so as to comply with the
requirements under the Schedule to ensure that the ship in all respects
remains fit to proceed to sea without presenting an unreasonable threat of
harm to the marine environment.
