MERCHANT SHIPPING (PREVENTION OF POLLUTION BY SEWAGE) REGULATION - SECT 20

Alteration made to sewage certificates

(1) The company of a Hong Kong ship in respect of which a sewage  certificate
has been issued may request the Director to alter any particulars contained in
the certificate.

(2) The Director may refuse to make the alteration requested if he considers
the alteration to be made is material.

(3) If the Director agrees to make the alteration, he shall, upon receipt of
the prescribed fee in relation to the alteration, alter the sewage certificate
accordingly.
