Penalties for offences under Parts II, III and IV

PART V

PENALTIES AND DEFENCES

Any person who commits an offence under Part II, III or IV is liable-

   (a)  on conviction upon indictment to a fine at level 3 and in the case of
        an individual, to imprisonment for 1 year; and

   (b)  on summary conviction to a fine at level 3. (Enacted 1994)
