MERCHANT SHIPPING (REPORTING OF POLLUTION INCIDENTS) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 3

Application

These regulations apply to-

   (a)  Hong Kong ships; and

   (b)  other ships while they are within the waters of Hong Kong. (Enacted
        1987)
