MERCHANT SHIPPING (CONTROL OF POLLUTION BY NOXIOUS LIQUID SUBSTANCES IN BULK) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 2C

Transitional

Any INLS Certificate or equivalent certificate (in the case of a Hong 
Kong-trading ship) issued by the Director pursuant to Annex II to MARPOL
1973/78 prior to the commencement of these regulations shall be deemed for all
purposes to be an INLS Certificate or HKNLS Certificate, as the case may be,
issued under these regulations and shall have effect according to its terms.
