MERCHANT SHIPPING (CONTROL OF POLLUTION BY NOXIOUS LIQUID SUBSTANCES IN BULK) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 2B

Fees

Fees shall be payable in respect of surveys and other services provided under
these regulations and, except in relation to a survey carried out by a
surveyor other than a surveyor referred to in regulation 23(2)(a), shall be
determined as prescribed by the Merchant Shipping (Fees) Regulations ( Cap 281
sub. leg.) and, as respects the time involved, by reference to the hourly rate
calculated in accordance with those regulations. (Enacted 1987)
