MERCHANT SHIPPING (CONTROL OF POLLUTION BY NOXIOUS LIQUID SUBSTANCES IN BULK) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 15
Clean and segregated ballast and non-polluting liquid substance - discharge
Nothing in these regulations shall prohibit the discharge of clean ballast,
segregated ballast or any non-polluting substance. (Enacted 1987)
