MERCHANT SHIPPING (PREVENTION OF OIL POLLUTION) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 33
Preparation of emergency plan to be in accordance with guidelines
The plan shall be prepared in accordance with such guidelines as may be issued
by the Organization relating to the development of shipboard oil pollution
emergency plans. (L.N. 641 of 1994)
