Offences
(Past version on 29/05/1998).
PART VI
OFFENCES AND PENALTIES
A person who-
(a) supplies an electrical product which fails to comply with the
applicable safety requirements; or
(b) fails or refuses to comply with a notice served by the Director under
section 11(1), commits an offence. (L.N. 77 of 2000)
