Application for registration

PART IV

APPLICATION, REGISTRATION, TERM, RENEWAL

An applicant for registration as an electrical contractor or electrical worker
shall submit to the Director-

   (a)  an application in a form required by the Director;

   (b)  documents that the Director considers are relevant to the applicant's
        registration or qualifications for registration; and

   (c)  the application fee specified in the Schedule. (Enacted 1990)
