Registration of contractors

REGISTRATION OF CONTRACTORS

To be qualified as a registered electrical contractor the applicant for
registration must either employ at least one registered electrical worker or,-

   (a)  if the applicant is an individual, he must be a registered electrical
        worker; or

   (b)  if the applicant is a partnership, one of the partners must be a
        registered electrical worker. (Enacted 1990)
